I booked round trip flight on - - on Chase travel website using my Chase Sapphire credit card points for - persons. On return date, I could n't return due to sudden medical emergency with my mother. I contacted - - and asked them if they would rebook us, The agent told me they do n't provide any refunds for cancelation even due to medical emergency and they would n't rebook me. I had to return on - - and I paid for my return flight on -. I filed claim with the benefit dept on - - for trip interruption/trip cancelation and I have sent them everything including the Chase travel vouchers and doctor 's letter but they have been playing game and they have been very dishonest since - -. The benefit dept continues to lie to me by saying the return - - flight was booked by - - and not by me. I have sent them my reservation document that shows I booked the return - - flight on - - website. I want full refund for the original canceled flight and genuine apology from all those agents that I spoke to regarding my claim. If they continue to choose to play game, continue to lie to deny my claim and not resolve this in the next few days, I will be taking legal action in small claims court for damages. Sincerely - -
