Bank of America is declining legitimate charges because of fraud. I have tried to get them to stop claiming everything is fraud when it is not, but they refuse to assist me. I called it today and they wo n't help me ( after getting routed around repeatedly ). I have no problem with being protected against fraud, but this is not protection. Legitimate charges are being declined and it creates a significant headache and a lot of effort for me to fix, not to mention a lot of wasted time.
