I previously disputed a creditors account with Transunion. I was first alerted to this delinquent account from " - - '' when I received an email from a credit monitoring service i subscribe to called - -, they alert you to any changes on your credit report. I immediately called on -/-/2016 the creditor " - - '' and asked for an explanation as to why this account was on my report, they could not give me any reason. I then asked for the information verifying the debt to be sent to me and to and to this date have received nothing. Below is an except I have copied directly from the CFPB website. " If the debt collector does n't provide that information in the first contact with you, it is required to send you a written notice including that information within five days after contacting you '' To reiterate I have not received any information from this company. Transunion states they verified the debt which I find highly impossible considering I was never sent information backing this claim. Please delete the account " - '' from my credit report. Thank you
