Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid New Jersey

This debt should have been pain by my vision insurance company, - -, and therefore is not mine. After saying numerous time to please speak to them regarding this matter, they continue to call me and harrass me, my parents on their landline phone, and send mail to my parents residency often.
