My Macy 's cards were stolen. I was successful in getting the fraudulent purchases removed from my credit reports. The company opened - new cards for me. Recently, in retaliation they closed - of my new cards. A customer rep maintained that I requested this action. I did not initiate anything resembling this. My payment records are perfect, and the retail staff was not authorized to close this new card. They were expected to send me a new replacement card, which they never did. This is an act of discrimination.
