Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I currently have a discrepancy of $220.00 on my account. When you add up my current balance transfer and purchase balances, customer service states that I owe them more than I actually do. Every month I need to call in to customer service and speak to a manager to get my balance corrected. I am beginning to believe that the employees working for Barclay flunked out of grade school and are too stupid to know how to add and subtract. I have talked to several supervisions who have seem the error but refuse to fix the error and demand that I pay it.
