Sterling Jewelers Inc. Credit card department,

I returned three rings to - on -/-/2016. Items were returned and I have yet to receive refund. I tracked the items and kayoutlet received the returned items on -/-/2016. It 's been well over 80 days and the $2000.00 has yet to be refunded to my Kay jewelers credit card.
