U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
An - card owned by - - - has been reporting that my autopayments have been " returned '' and fees have been added to my bill. This has been going on since the - 2016 statements. I have checked with my bank and the bank reports that they have not rejected any requested payments. I have written to the company asking for the fees to be reversed and for them to accept the payments and I await a reply.
