on -/-/2016 I went into Walmart to purchase -/-/- decorations. During checkout the clerk informed me that I could get - % off my purchase if I applied for a Walmart credit card. I agreed. I put my personal information in the terminal and he took my drivers license and input my information into the check out. I was approved and was then told I would receive a - % discount on my purchase, instead of $50.00 off. Once the purchase was completed $150.00, I did not see the - % discount and was told it would show up on my statement. I received my credit card and my name was posted wrong. It listed my last name first, my middle initial was for my first name and my middle name was posted as my last name. I received my statement and received a credit for $22.00. I called the customer service center to complain and I was told there was nothing they could do. I informed them that my name was spelled wring and requested assistance to correct it. I was informed to fax a copy of my license to a number and it would be corrected. During the

The problem that I have experienced is that I was not disclosed, or disclosed wrong information - otherwise, I would not have applied for the card.
