JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
I applied for a visa using a third part service. The visa company did not comply with its own rules as stated on its website and issued a visa that was not for the dates needed. I disputed charge but Chase credit card said the company said its website says there are no refunds. Assuming this is true, it should n't apply when it is the company that did not follow its OWN rules and I was not at fault in any way. As a result Chase declined the dispute.
