I called - by - to tell them I lost my job, and to ask for assistance with payments while I find a job. The representative gave me numbers, all belonging to crooks. One being -. They promised me they 'll help me, and proceeded to try to sell me stuff I do n't want. I spent 30 minutes with them, followed by a hang-up. This is incredibly unethical. I ca n't fathom how they can do this to people during -.
