Consumer abusive practices by Citi AT & T Universal Card. Via phone call, requested Citi Bank AT & T Universal Card be cancelled. After phone call requesting cancellation of the card, received a new card, and continued to receive loan solicitations from Citi AT & T Universal Card. On -/-/2016, once again requested that card be cancelled. - -
