Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement New York
First I receive a credit card from chase I did not apply for and was told to create a fraud alert with one of the credit agency 's, which I did. Then today I am at a restraint trying to pay with a different credit card from chase and it was rejected. I spent over an hour on the phone going threw - different levels answering the same questions correctly three times. The last Chase agent who was rude and totally insensitive decides to close my account
