TCF has been charging overdraft fees to my account to overdraw my balance and then charging fees to me for them bringing my account into a negative balance. I am a government worker that has had credit issues in my past and I have been working to rebuild my credit history. Unfortunately I am not in a position to take my business to another bank. A TCF customer service representative even belitted me buy recommending I obtain a prepaid card because that is all I would qualify for. Customers should not be mocked or ridiculed specifically because we choose to complain about a major banking conglomerate defrauding and basically stealing from consumers. I ask that someone investigate the shady business practices performed by TCF Bank.
