E-PERIAN & - - - did NOT provide me a HIPPA release that releases my medical information to Experian, also this item was removed from my credit report then put back on my credit report under a new account number -, I have all my record letter, therefore by providing such information they are in VIOLATION of my HIPPA rights also the FCRA..
