Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I ordered - bras and - pair of - boots from - online, using JCPENNEY credit card. This was the end of - 2016. I received the - bras, but the boots were not delivered. Shipping receipt said OUT code -. I drove to local penneys, they had boots in stock similar, so I purchase them. Emailed - via secure email on my - account that I had purchased another pair, please credit me for the online order not received. I have sent - emails, called twice, Faxed twice, Called - reported to them. Still being charged for online order that I did n't received. They all say they can not tell what I order or what I received even with the shipping receipt. They have now place a derogatory remark on my credit for something I 've been billed for but never received. Now, plus the charge, there is interest and late fees.
