On -/-/2016 I made an online transfer via my Bank of America online account to my landlord who uses - - Bank. Bank of American withdrew the $2000.00 of funds from my account on -/-/2016 but never delivered it to the recipient. I have discussed this with both the recipient and - - Bank and they confirm as of -/-/2016 they have not received the funds. I have asked Bank of America to put the funds back in my account as they failed in their delivery of the funds. To date they have refused to put my funds back into my account.
