Ordered - for - for my step son. On -/-/2016 it said it was Delivered and left at door. Package was not delivered .contacted Best Buy immediately and asked if they could ship to Best Buy in -. Which they did but they messed up and put my name and required signature. Best byybtroed to deliver two times but could n't because it was my name but the store address. Product was then supposedly delivered - - in - ny on - for pick up. Went to pick up time which was no longer at - and lost. - had me have Best Buy call - so I could receive repayment. I was online with bestbuy when they contacted - I waS told i would receive refund. Called back few days later and they had no records of any of my calls and refused to repay me. I got so mad I cancelled my Best Buy card. I than tried To call again next day lady seemed nice and understood package was lost. Since I had closed my credit card I was told they were issuing me a check that day for my refund. Now over a week later I call today they have no records of any of my calls. 'refused to give me a refund, even asked them to then overnight ship me the product i originally ordered and was told they could n't do that as well because it is out of stock. So now I paid for item I never received and refuse to pay my bill if this is is how they are going to treat a customers who spends - a month in the store and never been late on payment. I also contacted - today nntneh have record no f Best Buy calllong them n them notifying them package was lost and I was due a refund. Inneed help. I work hard on my credit but this is it fair
