Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Seized/Attempted to seize property Colorado
collection agency garnished my checking account and savings account. took all of my funds, and left me with a negative - dollar balance so my next direct deposit will go to them leaving me no money for food, gas, utilities much less my mortgage payment. have - dollars cash now, a week before - which i will not be having this year.
