Citibank Credit card department,
At the beginning of - 2016 I received a phone call from a collection agency stating that my Sears had been sent to collections. I had not been able to access any information about the card for a year, I had elected to get electronic statements but had not been able to see them for 14 months as of -. I was paying my bill through the electronic payment service provided by my bank. I do not know how long it took to process the payments because I could not access a statement.
