Amex Credit card department,
I made a reservation with - in -, with a quoted amount, which I have in writing. - charged my American Express Account $1200.00 more than I was quoted. - has provided American Express with documents that are forged, they are not the forms I signed, and the signatures are clearly not mine. The forms I signed in - were in -, however they ( - ) provided credit card receipts in - to American Express with signatures that are not mine. I have re-filed my dispute 7 times now. I am at a loss fighting with a huge company that does not care that I have been overcharged severely, and because I did business with them, they will not file a fraud charge. This is fraud, they call it a dispute just because my card was not stolen, but it is fraud. - will not respond to my emails, so I have no recourse with them ( as they are in another country ). I expect American Express to protect me and they continue to let me down.
