After buying a home in 2004, the mortgage eventually ended up being serviced by Specialized Loan Servicing , LLC. I have requested that they remove the PMI since my loan is below the 78 % LTV figures and have provided my PMI disclosure that was signed at closing stating that it will fall off after getting to that amount. However, SLS says that they wo n't remove the PMI even after 3 months of trying.
