Citibank Credit card department,
Closing/Cancelling account Wisconsin
I closed the account with citibank # - exp -/-/- name - -. - and spoke to supervisor - on -/-/- at -. central time. At that time - told me that my recently paid fee of $95.00 plus fees of $26.00 would be credited back to my checking account since the account was closing. I verified that this would be the location of the refund since I can not use a " credit '' on a closed credit card account. To date ( -/-/- ) I have received nothing and calls to them end in no one knowing anything. I want this money back in the checking account it was paid from.
