Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I been dealing with the promotion with synchrony bank ( - - credit card ) sincei made a purchase on - - 2015 with a promotional period of 36 months with 0 % APR and, they duplicated my purchase so I been calling every single moth in order to fix this problem once for ever, and I believe I a victim of an scam by this institution because I did only one purchase for $3300.00 on - - 2015 no other ( of $2400.00 ). I m sick and tire speaking with synchrony bank customer service and they did nothing about this problem that is affecting my credit and my minimum payment agreed as the promotion offered. thank you for your attention in this matter
