I need your agency help to dispute the charges on my American Express card done by - - -. I was contacted by - - - representatives initially on -/-/2015. They represented to me by phone and by email that they were located in Virginia and told me they had an extensive success record recovering money from each of the companies that I told them I had dealt with and very confident that they could win the cases with each one of them. Occasionally I had difficulty communicating with them, but eventually they always communicated successful results taking place in the process. Then I suddenly could not communicate with them at all. They left several cases partially represented and other cases got nowhere at all. The lack of complete follow through, communication, and assurance that all companies were properly brought cases against has cost me considerable time, energy, and money to try and rectify. I have since learned that they were not a Virginia firm, and that information was fraudulently represented to me. I have also noticed that with one of the companies in particular, that the paperwork- contract- they submitted to was tempered with, language changed, and misrepresented to the credit card company. This was an illegal representation of the truth, and as my representative compromises my personal and business integrity. I believe that their dishonesty, misrepresentations, and dropping of cases/lack of complete follow through may have cost me more than $10000.00 of unresolved cases, specially because the older they get the more difficult it gets to get my money back. And I believe they strung me along, and now I would like to get my $5600.00 refunded to me, since they did not provide the services that I paid for.
