Synchrony Financial Credit card department,

I received an email with an advertisement. They promised a reward for using the card for transactions totalling at least $150.00. But I did not get the reward, despite spending more than $250.00. I called up the contact center. After being on the phone for close to an hour, I was told that they did not have a record of any such promotion. I feel it is a case of false advertising.
