Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I signed up online for a credit card for Walmart. I never received a card. I still have not received a card. I never received a bill UNTIL AFTER I was notified that my payment was late. This failure to bill is not only bad business practice but implies fraudulent practice. I called customer service to complain that I was unable to access my account online and that I was furious that I would receive a late notice before I received a bill.
In -/-/- and -/-/-, I had a -. I lived up to my part of the bargain with the CANCELLATION and PAYMENT OF BALANCE IN FULL. However, the bank failed to live up to their bargain in removing the late charges. Since then, the account, although closed, has continued to accrue late charges. This failure to follow through is not only bad business practice but implies fraudulent intent.
