Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement California
I am a -, and my crediti card was used by a former employee to pay his own bills. I have been fighting with - - - since -/-/2016 about this. I have filed a Friendly Fraud Report with my local Police Dept. The CC Company will do nothing about it, even after providing them with numerous copies of paperwork.
