Bank of America Credit card department,
I setup auto pay for the account. But unfortunately later on I find out it was not. When I get letter from the card service regarding late payment I contact them and pay the payment immediately. It was totally unintentional mistake and when I explain it to the card service they waive the late fee. In 2016 when I check my credit report I saw they put a 30 days delequint report on my credit report. I talk with card service and explain them that it 's an unintentional mistake and request them to remove the report from my credit report. But they denied my request by explaining that it a valid report. I do n't know what to do. It 's hurting my credit report. Please help me to solve this problem.
