Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info California

Experian has placed 2 unknown entries on my credit from a collection agency company called - back in -/-/2016. I have disputed the validity of the debts because I know nothing about them or whom they belong to.The accounts were removed and the following month ( -/-/2016 ) and Experian placed the accounts back on my credit. I was never notified by the original creditor nor have I ever been contacted by -. I have also sent - certified letters and I have been ignored. I am so depressed because the unknown accounts have damaged my credit score and ruined my chances of obtaining financing that I desperately need to help my family and I move forward.
