Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Colorado

Criminal Enterprise - Experian. I signed up for a credit report/Fico and while I apparently thought it was a one-time report, it apparently ( no doubt small print somewhere on payment page ) was a monthly recurring charge. Then when i saw these charges on my VISA, I learned that YOU MUST CALL - NUMBER TO CANCEL. They have the most fantastic, most robust, most functional website on the planet, except you have to call -, WAIT 30 MINUTES ON HOLD, to cancel!!!!!!
