Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info California

I was denied $85000.00 in credit because E-PERIAN CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY is constantly holding on to my old phone numbers of the past 15years..and even though I have tried many, many times to solve this matter .The agency just Laughs.Told me there is nothing I can do.!!!! ..That they 'll remove it when they get good and ready ... This is rude!!!! ..Also : they have a lot of inquires that I did not approve of..on my FILE!!!
