JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Unsolicited issuance of credit card Texas
I received a notice from my ID protection service that a credit inquiry was made. My service indicated it was Chase bank and since I do business with Chase, assumed it was OK. - weeks later as received an - credit card with a - limit. This card was never requested The card was sent to my home address. I called to report and Chase considered it fraud. I asked for documents used to authorize the request but was told that is " confidential '' A quick review of the complaint database indicates that this has been happening a lot. I would like to find the real facts on this breach. Is this an issue at - or Chase? Is this another example of a bank employee opening accounts to win awards? It is frustrating that Chase will not take any responsibility to find the issue given the frequency this seems to be happening.
