Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I went ahead and placed an order on Samsclub.com for -, buying a bedroom set and mattress set. I went ahead and returned the items, however Samsclub has only credited me for the mattress set, -. I have attempted to have the remainder credited and interest fees since the purchase was made on -/-/- and here we are on -/-/2016 and the mattress credit was made on -/-/-. I have been waiting and waiting with no avail. Please help.
