Previously, I submitted a complaint with Equifax about negative reporting from - ( - ), and they said if new evidence was found, I could open a complaint. I found more evidence and submitted a complaint - - -, this is pending. HOWEVER, I now have even more evidence to remove the unfair negative reporting : I contacted - to get the original dates of the negative reporting ( - ), and would like to add that to the original dispute ( - ). - provided dates of the original debt, which was last paid in - 2008 : 8 years and 1 month old. Even if - or - bought a debt from -, they should not be able to report negatively on an item OVER 8 YEARS OLD.
