Equifax Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine New Jersey

- added a mortgage on my credit report that belongs to my mom. I have provided the proof necessary to remove this off my credit and Equifax failed to read and correct the information. The mortgage was originally with -, and - confirmed my name was not on the mortgage, The attached documents clearly prove that my name was released from liability of this loan. Please have equifax remove this information from my credit report asap or i will file a claim to sue them. this is my 3rd request to equifax. thank you.
