I recently opened an account with U.S. Bank here in -, Arkansas. Since the opening of my account which has federal funds directly deposited monthly, I have observed the numerous overdraft charges. These fees ' have been compromised by banking errors. As it is known that banks can and will commit fraud by extracting funds from consumers accounts. Sometime these actions are noticed sometimes not. Thankfully, I am a type of person that pay close attention to all transactions that occur on my account. With this information my hope is that a member of C.F.P.B. will contact this bank namely ( U.S.Bank ) open an investigation to determine that fraud and unlawful activity has been noticed. Upon the completion of the investigation the funds will be refunded and I may move forward with perhaps a new financial institution. With hopes of obtaining more satisfying results.
