Transaction issue

Amex Credit card department,

I initiated a credit dispute with American Express on - -, 2016. AME-, unilaterally allowed the merchant to reinstate the charge without properly investigating the facts. The time for resolution by AME-/- as now expired and a full credit is due to me.
