Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I have recently had a problem with my - credit card. Today i received a call from a collection agency about my - card. I have received no notice of this from - themselves. i was just hit with a phone call that my account has been sent to a collection agency. What shocks me even more is that it was for the Amount of -. I was shocked at this phone call so i called - in order to better understand the situation and all i received from the representative was that i had to pay the amount, and that nothing could be done about the fees!!!! I did n't even realize i owed money to -, and i was NEVER contacted by them.
