I never agreed to " Debt Protection Fees '' with Best Buy or Citi Bank when signing up for a credit card in 2007 to purchase a TV. Over the course of 9 years they have charged me with $540.00 of fees associated with this fraudulent " debt protection fee '' or service. It 's basically the entire balance on my credit card billing statement. I have requested a full refund twice, and nothing has happened. Please help!
