FC HoldCo LLC Consumer Loan department,

Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Kansas

I have a car loan through -, which I believe was bought out by FlagShip Credit, but have never been told this by the company. I realize that I am behind on my loan but they have now reached out to an ex-boyfriend of mine 3 times now, once in - ( followed all rules and regulations ), again on - at - in the morning and proceeded to tell him that I was 3 months behind on the car and that they would come repo it is he did n't have me pay it, and then again on - - - - called him again and said the same thing. I am the only one that is on my car loan. They have now given out personal information about my loan to someone who is n't on the loan and they continue to reach out to him. This is illegal and unethical practice. Again I know that my car is behind but they need to reach out to me not him and I do plan to move forward with holding them accountable for their actions and protecting myself.
