My BOA debit card was lost/stolen. When I realized I called BOA who froze the card and issued a new -. The thief was using it around town. I disputed the charges but today BOA said no fraud occurred and I am liable for the charges. I am upset that the card I had was able to be used with out a PIN and that they do not believe me that the card as stolen.
