I bought a new construction in the - and at first we used builder 's in house lender. But we found the rate is not attractive so we switched to Wells Fargo who assured us a better rate. However, at the time when we are almost closing. Wells Fargo told us that it 's impossible to do this with us. Since the they can not meet the builder 's timeline. What should we do? Can we sue Wells Fargo for not being professional?
