- card was used to purchase gift cards from -, when they cards were checked they were all empty had - balance, reported to - and -. - sent me emails from the - unit which stated they attempted to contact the people who used the cards both on line and in the stores but have not received any response. They know I did not use any of the gift cards, they have also stated they know everyone who used the cards by date and time but can only share the information with law enforcement, I tried to file with - Metro PD but they said it was a Federal issue as - is located in - and I live in - -, I then was told to file an IC-3 ( # - ) which I have and have not heard anything back. - refused to give any credit back to my -, they admit that I never used any of the gift cards, and they know who did. I request a credit back to my - for the full amount and a letter to all the credit agencies that this was fraud by others. I spoke with - in their - customer service who gave me the date and time each card was used, you will see the last - numbers of each card the date used and the time, the cards never left my possession so how does one make a purchase in the store without the card? - will do nothing to help nor will - they said there is nothing they can do.
