Dear CFPB : My Citi bank credit card was stolen and I informed Citi and they did remove some charges but not all of them. They keep sending me a new bill with late charges and interest. I spend a lot of time on the phone with them to clear up this problem. They told me their fraud department is slow. I stop using the card and asked them to cancel the card. Could you please help me clear this up? - - - Card # -
