I had a loan to cover - damage from the small business department that was sold to m & t bank .since then it has been a problem.my loan is unsecured with no lien .m & t bank is trying to steal my property by not posting my payments timely, and charges that are illegal.i get two bills from for the same billing cycle.i do not like doing business with them or trust them.this is the second or third complaint to cfpb about this matter.my payment is - dollars a month.
