I have a dispute with US bank concerning an illegal credit inquiry that was done on -/-/2016 at the bank located in - IN - - - - - - and - - -, IN -. You will see from the correspondence that I sent a letter with other documents/Inquiry Removal form stating this negligent act .I have also called on three occasion and spoke with different representatives and still this matter has not been solved. What the bank have done with respect to injuring my credit, however, is absolutely unacceptable. I have learned from the Credit Bureaus, in the course of seeking to procure a loan that they have placed a hard inquiry on my credit report record with the major credit-reporting companies used by merchants and lenders all over this country. Because of this action, my credit is questionable for a loan approval, and I assume other credit will be withheld from me .I have been diligently working to repair my credit score and this recklessly indifferent act by an improperly trained person at the bank has caused a serious problem for me.
