Equifax Credit reporting department,

Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Minnesota

Equifax is reporting items on my file that do not belong to me. Someone opened a Citi card in my name and charged up $3000.00 as well as went to get medical care. I have sent them the identity theft report as well as police report all they do is say verified without sending me any contract or anything with my signature. They are also reporting a Judgement that does not belong to me. I told them these items do not belong to me. Equifax continues to ignore me.
