Citibank Credit card department,
Citibank changed the APR on my card without warning or reason to 22.74 % from 3.5 %. I sent a message requesting an explanation and got no response. My APR was low because I was an employee, and for several years was not paid full wages. After the class action suit and final payment, I understand I 'm not entitled to this APR, however the rate changed immediately after I complained about a late fee. ( Was unable to pay on time because of the web site ) I feel the APR change was retaliatory and not based on my credit rating. No late or missed payments - I believe the person who got my message abused their privileges. Even if this is untrue, there was no notification or notice sent in any way.
