Citibank Credit card department,
I had been using a Best Buy card, provide by Citi, and somehow became two months behind on my payments. They then called my mother, told her my balance, and allowed her to pay on it. I was under the impression that they could not do that. I 'm -, and have no information regarding my parents or their contact info.
